Using EsanMarket
- EsanMarket.com.ng is a local marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across Esanland. You must give accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account.
Listings
- Only post items and properties you have the right to sell or let. Prohibited, stolen, counterfeit or misleading ads are not allowed and may be removed without notice.
- Sellers are responsible for their listings, prices and the condition of what they sell.
Buying safely
- EsanMarket does not hold buyer funds for item purchases. Meet in safe public places, inspect items before paying, and never send money in advance to people you do not know.
Paid plans and boosts
- Seller packages, agent passes and boosts are paid through Paystack and start immediately after payment is confirmed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Referral agents
- Commissions are earned only on real, verified payments from merchants you refer. Fraudulent referrals will be cancelled and payouts withheld.
Suspension
- We may hide listings, suspend stores or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
