Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, profile photo and phone number when you sign up with email or Google.
- Listings and stores: photos, descriptions, prices, locations and store branding you post.
- Messages, bids and reviews you send or receive on EsanMarket.
- Payment records: Paystack handles card details; we only receive the payment reference, amount and status.
How we use it
- To run your account, show your listings and store, and connect buyers with sellers.
- To process subscriptions, boosts, referral commissions and payouts.
- To send in-app and push notifications you allow, and to keep the marketplace safe from fraud and abuse.
Google sign-in
- If you continue with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo. We do not access your Gmail, contacts or other Google data, and we never sell it.
Sharing
- Your public profile, store and active listings are visible to everyone. Your phone number is shown to buyers only where you choose to list it.
- We share data with service providers that power EsanMarket (hosting, database, Paystack, push notifications) only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
- You can edit your profile, delete listings, and turn off notifications at any time. To delete your account, email contact@esanmarket.com.ng.
